Abbie Hills is a multi-hyphenate professional in the entertainment industry. With 15 years of experience across a variety of roles, Abbie has worked everywhere from a costume trainee on a Hollywood film to an Access Coordinator on more than 25 productions.

Her wide-ranging experience across roles and genres gives her a realistic understanding of what it takes to build a career in entertainment - all while living with cerebral palsy.

Abbie’s work as a Talent Agent and business founder has earned her multiple accolades, including Positive Role Model for Disability at the National Diversity Awards (2021), Women of the Future Awards (2024) , #ialso 100 Entrepreneurs (2025), and the D-30 Diversability Disability Impact List (2025)

So - that’s my CV-lite version. Working in the industry since I was 15 has taught me a lot along the way, and now I want to share that knowledge.

My first acting job? Getting dragged across a golf course in the snow.

At 23, I quit my job selling furniture and started a talent agency that now represents over 60 clients across the UK.

I got over my fear of public speaking and have since spoken at events including Cannes Film Festival, Edinburgh International Film Festival, and BFI Flare.

I was also among the first Access Coordinators to be trained in the UK and am now represented by Casarotto Ramsay & Associates.

I love to write too, and I’m currently developing a slate of projects you can explore under the Projects tab.

Whether you’re looking for a speaker, creative guidance, or access coordination support — I’d love to help you make meaningful change in your corner of the industry.

Access Coordinator, Writer, Speaker, Producer.
